I returned a Halloween costume early in October, never worn, everything brand new in packaging, and they did not give me a full refund. I had ordered 2 for my daughter and we kept the one that fit. I paid for return shipping (which is to be expected), but they also deducted money from my refund. Will never shop here again and will make sure I let everyone know of their unscrupulous policy.
